We take pride in the quality of our coffee and merchandise. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return and refund guidelines below:

Coffee Roasts

Customers must notify us of any issues within 3 business days of receiving their order.

Include your order number and a brief reason for the return.

For damaged or incorrect items, please attach photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Coffee roasts do not need to be returned, we trust our customers and aim to make things easy.

Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Hats, etc.)

Merchandise must be returned to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Return requests must be made within 3 business days of receiving the item.

Incorrect Address

Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address are not eligible for refund or exchange.
