Shipping Policy – BlackForge Coffee Effective Date: 12/15/2025
At BlackForge Coffee, every order is freshly roasted and packed to ensure peak flavor and quality. Because our coffee is made to order, our shipping timelines reflect both production and delivery time. We offer flat rate fees for all orders.
Coffee:
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. Once shipped, delivery times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method used. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that tracking may show “pre-shipment” until the carrier picks up your package.
Shipping methods are selected based on the size and weight of your order. Single 12oz bags usually ship via USPS First Class. Orders of 2 to 8 items ship via USPS Priority Mail. Larger orders of 9 or more items ship via UPS Ground.
Merchandise:
All merchandise items—including apparel, mugs, hats, and accessories—are made to order and shipped directly from our production partner. Because each item is custom printed, please allow time for both production and delivery.
Production typically takes 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed. Once your item is ready, it will ship via standard delivery services. Shipping times vary by destination but generally range from 3–7 business days within the United States.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
If you notice a tracking number but no movement, it may be due to a packaging delay. Orders cannot ship without a valid product label, and in rare cases, this may cause a brief hold. We’ll resolve these issues as quickly as possible.
